采用德国西门子伺服电机PLC程序自动控制，性能稳定控制精确。具有自动进料，理瓶、收缩、冷却定型流程的全自动化功能。薄膜输送采用感应开关控制，可调控送膜长度，减少损耗。输送电机采用进口变频器控制，实现无极调度。先进的螺旋风循环结构，三层隔热层处理，节约能源。加强型冷却定型通道，可使用产品迅速定型，方便储运。具有自动上底板，和彩色印刷膜定位包装等功能。

适用于矿泉水、饮料、啤酒、白酒、输液药瓶等产品的组合包装，包装后产品紧固美观。
